Cancellation of Order and Refund Policy

Your order can be cancelled within 5 mins if you change your mind but after that the amount will be credited from the account in case of online payment, if you choose the option of cash on delivery your order will arrive and you have to pay for it accordingly. You can cancel order anytime by calling at our number and making sure that you have cancelled your order within 5 mins.
In case of refund your credited amount will be returned in two days after the cancellation of order. Refund policy is valid in case you make the payment with the card and cancel the order later on. You can have the Refund of your money by calling at our helpline and requesting a review. Then you can have a Refund as per according the policy and scenario.

Is there any security issue while using card for payment?
No, you do not have to face any issue while using card as a method of payment. We care about your security and your payment is directly linked between you and your bank. This direct link creates the authenticity in every payment and your card details or anything related to that are not being saved by Hardee’s website or Application.
In order to proceed with the online payment, you must provide valid card detail for billing Information. Your billing details will only be fetched. It has nothing to do with your personal detail that is between you and your bank. Your information will be utilized in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When you go further to the invoice you agree to our terms and conditions. The card info that is provided, only the due amount will be credited from there inclusive of all the taxes which will be displayed at your invoice while you checkout.
